Soccer International Pathway School of Excellence was
founded by former professional soccer player, Geoffrey
N’Goran, who played in Belgium, Sweden, Holland, France,
Finland, Germany, and America; as well as, internationally
. He also pre-qualifies for the UEFA Coaching License due
to the number of professional games played in Europe.
Soccer International Pathway School of Excellence is a
culmination of local, college, and professional coaches
who have played and coached at every level, in Europe and
in the USA. This allows the School of Excellence to offer a
completely unique coaching and evaluation experience
that is above any other.
This soccer, focus-specific program includes a daily
regimen of individual and team training, soccer specific
conditioning, speed and strength training, and an ongoing,
individualized assessment and feedback process.
The predominant goal of S.IP.S.E is to maximize each
student-athlete’s potential and to make a difference in
their lives.
The School of Excellence athletic curriculum also includes
weekly mental conditioning, vision and awareness
training, nutritional coaching and sessions on leadership
and life skills.
SIP’s student-athletes are provided with the complete
advancement package that allows its student athletes to
pave their own pathway to a successful collegiate and
professional sports careers.
Training Program Overview

Athletes set 1 Goal per 6 weeks
segment.

Staff set 1 Goal per 6 weeks segment.

Athletes are HELD ACCOUNTABLE to
both goals EVERY session.

Evaluation
1.
Athletes evaluate their performance
after each training session.
2.
Staff evaluate the athlete’s
performance after each training session.
3.
Parents are provided with an overall
student-athlete performance evaluation at
the end of each 6-week period.
